3512068 - Final Review Step initiation auto skips the the document sign step for new hire

When doing final review correction document flow step is not getting triggered again after PDC (Personal Data Collection) and ADC (Additional Data Collection).

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login as the external user and complete Personal Data Collection
2. Complete the Additional Data Collection step
3. Post completion of Document flow, Final review is triggered
4. Request correction of data
5. Post this, the Personal Data Collection and Additional Data Collection steps are triggered with the request to correct the necessary information
6. However, the Document step is getting skipped this time and this step is not showing in dashboard as well

• This is standard system behavior when Document Flow is configured ahead of the Final Review step in the Process Variant Manager.

• Final review step is provided (not limited) to review the data before we move to MPH or before we generate the documents.
• It is more useful to add Final review after data collection is done and before document generation happens to make sure documents are generated with correct data. 
• An alternative solution is to consider adding the Document Flow after Final Review step.
