The user activated the SAP TM Lock trace using program /SCMTMS/TMLOCKTRACE02. However, when checking /SCMTMS/TMLOCKTRACE03, no log is displayed and the message "No SAP TM Lock Traces found" is shown.
Locks were encountered in SM12, suggesting that /SCMTMS/TMLOCKTRACE03 should show the lock history, but it does not.
