Symptom
- Custom Catalog Extensions publish failed with error message "Publishing Process failed. ".
- There is a warning message like below at the left corner.
"SAP_FIN_BC_GL_JE_PROC_PC process locked Please try again later. "
- After clicking the "Check" button, there are some errors display like below.
Authority for App YYAxxxxx is missing in business role XXX_BR_CONSLDTN_SPECIALIST, business catalog SAP_FIN_BC_GL_JE_PROC_PC

Resolution
This error might happen after upgrade.
