3512219 - Satellite base map is loading forever for CN40 SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Satellite base map is loading forever for CN40 SAC tenant. The below error is found in the web browser console log:

• POST https://sentry.orca.sapcloud.cn/api/3/envelope/?sentry_key=<sentry_key>&sentry_version=7&sentry_client=sentry.javascript.browser%2F7.115.0 net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

1. Login to SAC which is hosted in CN40 data center.
2. Add a GEO Map widget and select 
3. Notice that the Geo map widget is keeping loading forever.
