Symptom
The customized Policy based on Config Store "Software component level" (id = S00120) is experiencing "item = no data found" errors. This issue is occurring because the "Software component level" store for certain systems does not have any information filled in for the following fields: SP_REL_DATE, PATCH, and VENDOR. Despite the successful execution of the "Software component level" store, it is not populating the necessary data in these fields.
