During the upgrade period, the issue is unable to create new customizing TR in the system in Export Customizing Transports App.
Environment
- SAP S/4HANA Cloud
- 3-System Landscape
Cause
- During the upgrade to 2408, because of prerequisites in the system, the Flexible Transport Mode was turned off in the system landscape.
Resolution
- Turn this mode back on in the Extensibility Settings APP.
