3512254 - Difference RECORD_COUNT between the source and the target after tenant copy

Symptom

While performing a tenant copy, there is a difference RECORD_COUNT between the source and the target. Such as below:

Source System:
select sum(RECORD_COUNT)  from m_tables where schema_name = 'SAPHANADB'
SUM(RECORD_COUNT)    
4,123,217,335 

Target system:
select sum(RECORD_COUNT)  from m_tables where schema_name = 'SAPHANADB'
SUM(RECORD_COUNT)
4,123,015,221

After restarting source HANA, the RECORD_COUNT becomes the same
