3512337 - Update termination in t-code MM01 due to FM K_SUBKEY_CREATE_ONLY (table COKEY)

Symptom

While creating or extending a material in t-code MM01, update termination occurs. When checking update request in t-code SM13, error 00671 "Internal session terminated with a runtime error MESSAGE_TYPE_X (see ST22)" occurred in FM K_SUBKEY_CREATE_ONLY. Following short dump is also visible in t-code ST22.
