3512387 - SUM reporting error SQL2706 in phase MAIN_NEWBAS/UPDATE_DBSTATS_IMP - SAP ASE for Business Suite

Symptom

  • Error SQL2706 is reported specifically during execution of SUM phase MAIN_NEWBAS/UPDATE_DBSTATS_IMP, when executing update index statistics command.
  • Tables reporting the SQL2706 error are pool tables (ie T5A5T, T5B63, AT02T, etc)
  • Sample of the full error message as reported in the log phase:

                 ETQ398 SQL: select $EXEC( 'UPDATE INDEX STATISTICS [SAPSR3.<pool_table_name>] ')
                 4 ETQ010 Date & Time: <dateitme>
                 1EETQ008 Error message: dbrc = 99: 'all DB errors, except for ...'
