Sales Documents Are Created Despite of Order Block On Account  and Sales Data.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Customer work center.
2. Go to Account  work center view.
3. Search and open an Account.
4. Go to header details of Account.
5. Field "Order Block" has a value maintained.
6. Go to Sales Quote, Sales Order Facet.
7. Click on "New", to create new sales quote or new sales order.
8. Sales order and sales quote is created.

Expectation: Order Block should not allow creation of sales order and sales quote.

Fine tuning configuration for Account, for " Sales Document Order Block", to associate Document type and Order Block is missing.

Configuration once maintained by adding row and maintaining the Document type and the Order Block reason, would enable the Sales Document Order Block Assignment for  assigned order block reason for different document types like opportunity, sales quote, sales order.

NOTE: Should you want the block to be for any specific Sales Data entry for an Account, then remove the block from the account header and maintain the order Block on the specific Sales Data Entry detail on Sales Data Facet of an account.
