3512680 - Employees are able to "Add Proposal" and "Add Actual" even if they already have a Proposal with "New Tax Regime" - Employee Central

Employees that already have New Tax Regime Proposal are still allowed to submit and initiate new actions via the "Add Proposal" and "Add Actual" buttons.

SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central

1. Go to the Employee Profile;
2. Navigate to Income Tax Declarations Portlet;
3. See that the Employee has opted for New Tax Regime;
4. See that "Add Proposal" and "Add Actual" buttons are still visible.

This is a known Issue.

As this is a system limitation, the Engineering Team created an enhancement request ticket (ECT-241652) to address this scenario in future release cycles. There is still no planned date for this to be launched, so in the meantime, the recommendation is to manage the request by reviewing each individually so any submission under these specific circumstances is rejected by the admin, which should prevent them from being included in the payroll run.
