3512694 - After Click to Sign the E-signature form, it redirects to sign the form again - Onboarding

Unable to complete the E-Signature step, as when the employee Click to Sign the form, it redirects to the "Your Onboarding Checklist" and request to complete the E-signature step again.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login or Proxy as the candidate
2. In the "Your Onboarding Checklist" Click on "Complete your E-Signature"
3. Click on Accept the terms and conditions
4. Submit
5. Click on the custom form
6. Click to Sign form
7. The message "You’ve successfully e-signed all the forms. To view them, select OK" will appear
8. It will redirect to the "Your Onboarding Checklist" page
9. And the form that was signed still shows as pending

• The Form was not created in a official tool supported by Onboarding
• PDF documents that were created using Microsoft Word are not supported

It's required to create the custom form documents in a Acroform PDF format using the Third-Party Designer tool or the XDP (XML Data Package) format using Adobe LiveCycle Designer.

You can also use the PDF XChange Editor to create the PDF document and the custom form will work when using the E-Signature feature.
