3512696 - Unable to release the CBC type transport request to the test system

All tasks of the request type CBC should be released automatically. Ownership of a request can be taken by using the "Assign To Me" button and releasing the request. However, tasks are not being released, their status remains modifiable, and the "Assign To Me" button is greyed out, as mentioned below.
