3512720 - Saving planning data leads to errors and Analysis for Office crashes

Symptom

Analysis for Office is getting stuck while some cells are copied and pasted into a workbook for Planning processing.
Sometimes it processes after 10 minutes and sometimes Excel crashes. This issue can also happen with less data and it's not restricted to huge workbooks.

In the traces, the following message is found: "NNL: Could not add newline for row (<Row number>) during runtime".
