3512848 - VF001 "The Document does not exist" raised in APP 'Manage Real-Time Revenue Recognition Issues'

There's error message VF001 "The Document does not exist" raised in APP 'Manage Real-Time Revenue Recognition Issues'.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Delivery/goods issue(GI) is posted- this goods issue most probably generated a real time(RT) issue in Event Based Revenue Recognition(EBRR) for some reason and no revenue document is generated.

Then GI is cancelled AND THE DELIVERY NOTE is also DELETED - this generated another RT issue in EBRR and no revenue document is posted.

When trying to reprocess the issues in the 'Manage Real-Time Revenue Recognition Issues' app which resulted in the following:

- original RT error messages is deleted

- reprocess of the GI and GI cancellation is performed - since the referenced delivery note does not exist anymore in the system at that moment, a new (current) RT issue is generated "The document does not exist".

The revenue recognition key SFS (assigned to the SD Order items) is working on delivery based invoice simulation.
And the error is caused by material document reference to non existing document.

This scenario is currently not supported by EBRR solution.

Proposal is to delete these real time issues related to non-existing items from backend via SAP Support- this shall unblock user to schedule Period end closing run (of course any other remaining Real time issues have to be resolved for the company code).

Also kindly adjust the processes that if using EBRR solution - please do not delete the delivery document and use standard tools for reversing & cancelling - This document it is essential for EBRR sales from stock scenario RA key SFS - there is logic for invoice simulation based on the delivery document.
