User name displaying order in for you today card is not respecting General Display Name, though the card was regenerated.

1. Log in and confirm the card, the name format is first name+last name (expected is last name+first name)
2. System enabled General Display Name. (Enabling the Adoption of General Display Name )
3. General Display Name cache was cleared.
4. Run the Migrate To-Do Entries to Card Service to remove and regenerate to do cards (KBA 3291565 )
5. The card's name is not changed, keeping first name+last name

This is current system behavior.

The option to enable the general display name will only apply to newly created cards.
For cards that were created before, the format for displaying the name has already been stored in the card database. Regenerating the card will not alter the data that is stored in the card database.

After enabling the General Display Name feature, the system will generate new cards when the form is routed. The names of these newly created cards will adhere to the General Display Name logic.

Workaround: To create the card again with the updated display name, route the form to the next step and then route it back.
