3512926 - Dependency issues while planning update of SAP_HR or EA-HR packages

Dependency issues are observed while updating SAP_HR/EA-HR packages using Maintenance Planner or using SPAM/SAINT.

• Symptom 1: SAP_HR/EA-HR packages are added manually in the Maintenance Planner planning using option "Add HR packages".
