3512983 - Synchronizing of hierarchies with program FINS_UH_SET_HIER_UPDATE deletes other hierarchy versions

Symptom

If more than one hierarchy version exists for the same hierarchy ID, the synchronisation with program FINS_UH_SET_HIER_UPDATE deletes all other versions after executing the program.
