3513041 - How to Hide Sections Under "What Else Would You Like to Add?" in Leads

Users want to hide sections located at the bottom of the screen under the "What else would you like to add?" area in the lead UI.

1. Open the navigation menu.
2. Select leads view.
3. In the lead view, locate and open the desired lead.
4. Scroll down to the bottom section titled "What else would you like to add?"
5. Notice that you want to hide certain sections from this view.

Sections can only be hidden if they have not yet been added to the lead. Once a section is added, the option to hide it becomes unavailable.

To hide sections that appear under "What else would you like to add?":

1. Open the navigation menu.
2. Select leads view.
3. In the lead view, locate and open the desired lead.
4. Click on User menu and Start Adaptation.
5. Click on the plus (+) button in any section in the lead.
6. Additionally, click on the Manage Sections option.
7. In the pop up, use the Hide option to remove the section from the view.

Note: Once a section is added, it cannot be hidden directly. Ensure that you manage and hide sections as needed before adding them to your lead.
