3513043 - Sales Notes Replicated From C4C to ERP Are Not Being Updated In ERP.

You are trying to replicate notes from C4C to ERP. However, the text is not updated in ERP although it's been filled in the inbound IDOC.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Sales Workcenter.
2. Click on the Sales Quote View.
3. Search for the ID and open the record.
4. Add/Edit the Note and Save it.
5. Click on Request External Pricing.
6. Click on the Create External Follow-up Document option.
7. Go to the ERP System.
8. Open the va02 tcode.
9. Search for the Sales Order ID and Open the record.
10. In the Text tab, you will notice the note is blank.

If you check the inbound IDOC, you can see that element LANGU_ISO is missing under the E1BPSDTEXT segment. This is happening because the language for Content Text is not correctly maintained under "Communication Language for Data Replication" Activity in C4C.

To fix the issue, you need to maintain the Language for the Content Text in C4C. To do so, you need to follow the below steps:

1. Go to the Business Configuration Work Center.
2. Open the Communication Language for Data Replication Activity.
3. Add the language sent on the ContentText languageCode and save it.
