SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting > Interview Scheduling
2. Select a candidate to schedule an interview
3. When editing the email, do not check "Book this slot for candidates"
4. Click on "Send to Candidate"

The Sender and Reply-To email addresses for the interview invitation email will behave differently based on the configuration of 'Single Sender' and 'Make return email address editable in Email Candidate'. Candidates can reply to the interview organizer when the return email address is editable or when the Single Sender is disabled.

• Manage Email Notifications > Single Sender
• Manage Recruiting Settings > Make return email address editable in Email Candidate

1. Single Sender is enabled and Return Email is editable:

• Sender Name: Interview Organizer email address or the edited email address
• Sender Email Address: Interview Organizer email address or the edited email address
• Reply To Name: Interview Organizer email address or the edited email address
• Reply To Email Address: Interview Organizer email address or the edited email address

2. Single Sender is enabled and Return Email is non-editable:

• Sender Name: Single Sender email address
• Sender Email Address: Single Sender email address
• Reply To Name: Single Sender email address
• Reply To Email Address: Single Sender email address

3. Single Sender is disabled and Return Email is editable:

• Sender Name: Interview Organizer email address or the edited email address
• Sender Email Address: Interview Organizer email address or the edited email address
• Reply To Name: Interview Organizer email address or the edited email address
• Reply To Email Address: Interview Organizer email address or the edited email address

4. Single Sender is disabled and Return Email is non-editable:

• Sender Name: Interview Organizer email address or the edited email address
• Sender Email Address: <system@successfactors.com>
• Reply To Name: Interview Organizer email address or the edited email address

When editing the email, the interview organizer's email address will appear in the 'From' address field. However, the interview organizer will not be set as the Sender if the field is not editable. The Sender email address will be <system@successfactors.com> or the Single Sender if it is being used.

When 'Make return email address editable in Email Candidate' is enabled, the From address field becomes editable. This edited address will be set as the Sender and Reply-To email address for the invitation email.

Note: If the checkbox "Book this slot for candidates" is selected while sending the email, the time slot will be confirmed immediately and the system will also trigger an automatic notification 'Interview Confirmation to Candidate'. Please note that candidates cannot reply to this system-generated email.
