3513174 - End Subscription in ODQMON is failing with error SODQ002

Symptom

Deletion of subscription in ODQMON is not working due to error:

Exception condition 'Object '' not found' raised Message no. SODQ002

In SLG1, the following logs can be found:

Object '' not found Message no. SODQ003
Exception occurred in line 18 of include CL_ODQ_SUBSCRIPTION_SERVICE===CM013 (program CL_ODQ_SUBSCRIPTION_SERVICE===CP) Message no. SODQ140
