3513185 - Empty value for parked documents in app Create Correspondence

The PDF preview of a parked document has an empty value in app Create Correspondence for correspondence type SAP09 (Internal Document - Entry View).

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to the app Create Correspondence.
2. Correspondence Type: SAP09 (Internal Document - Entry View).
3. Fill in the remaining fields.
4. Preview.

It is not supported for the app Create Correspondence to print a parked document with correspondence type SAP09 (Internal Document - Entry View).

The journal entry selected is a parked document. According to the help portal Advanced Parameters for Correspondence, if the correspondence types Account Statement, Customer Statement, or Open Item List is selected, the parked document can be printed by clicking on "Advanced Parameters" and selecting the checkbox "Include Parked Documents". However, other correspondence types, like SAP09 (Internal Document - Entry View), are not supported to be printed.
