3513289 - No processor name appearing in the "Approval Details" of Customer Returns

Symptom

For Customer Returns, no processor name appears in the approval details.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

Search for a customer return, open it, and then check the approval details.

Resolution

This is a known issue and has already been addressed by the development team. The issue is currently planned to be fixed by CE2408.2 (HFC07). Please note that SAP may decide to alter this timeframe without warning.
