3513437 - Diagnostic Agent cannot connect to Solution Manager due to "Cannot create NI socket with router string: <value>/H/<solman hostname>/S/<java http message port>/P/null"

Symptom

Diagnostic Agent fails to connect to Solution Manager Java with the steps given in KBA2385361 and not using SAPROUTER. In SMDSystem.*.log, the following error is detected:

[EXCEPTION]
javax.naming.NamingException: Exception while trying to get InitialContext. [Root exception is java.io.IOException: Cannot get Socket. Reason:Cannot create NI socket with router string: <value>/H/<solman hostname>/S/<java http message port>/P/null]
