Cause
This is the standard behavior of the system.
Resolution
Business partner screening is currently available only in the "Maintain Business Partner" app and the same is not enabled in the "Manage" Fiori apps such as Manage Business Partner Master Data, Manage Customer Master Data & Manage Supplier Master Data apps.
