3513530 - After KB Sync, dynamic attribute became of non dynamic type

When performing a new KB Sync, attribute that was previously Dynamic changes to a non Dynamic Type, even though no changes on it have been done in the backend.

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ Integrated with SAP S4/HANA

1. On CPQ, set Override Attribute Display Type to Match Back End to False
2. Perform a KB Sync that contains existing characteristics in CPQ, that is of Dynamic Type
3. Check that after sync, attribute has become of non Dynamic Type.

• Bug
• Root Cause:When doing kb sync for existing characteristics and Override Attribute Display Type to Match Back End is set to false, the characteristic is marked as non dynamic.

Workaround: Set Override Attribute Display Type to Match Back End to true, but this has a side affected. All characteristics that have different display types in the backend from CPQ, will get the display type from the backend.
