3513557 - Adobe Live Cycle Designer does not open a Template

When attempting to open a template in Adobe LiveCycle Designer, one of the following error messages may appear:

As a result, you are unable to edit the subform in the template.

The Subform Name is with the incorrect source name

1. Open the Template in the Adobe LifeCycle Designer
2. Click on the subform and check whether the source is correct:
