If you want to remove the Give a Badge feature within Employee Profile Take Action:

Please disable the background element sysScoreCardBadge in the data model using the admin tool Manage Business Configuration.

1. Go to Manage business configuration
2. Under employee profile > background elements
3. Disbable sysScoreCardBadge

If you want to remove the Give a Badge feature within Employee Profile Take Action:

Please remove permission to manage badges under Manage System properties.

1. Go to manage permission role
2. Select the affected role
3. Go to manage system properties
4. Disable Manage Badge

If you want to disable the Badged within People Profile:

Please remove the badges block within people profile.

1. Go to Configure People Profile
2. Remove Badges (if available)

If you want to not be able to search for "Give a badge..":

Please deactivate the Give a Badge action within Manage Action Search

1. Go to Manage Action Search
2. Search for Give a Badge
3. Deactivate the Action search
