When preview a business document, the system is slow and a long response time is needed.

This is the designed system behavior. The response time of previewing depends on the size of the runtime XML which is sent from the tenant to the form template. The larger the size of the XML is, the more response time is needed. For example, if the XML size is 30KB, the response time is 3s while the response time is around 30s if the XML size is 500KB.
