Error in the BPE tile for Rehire on New Employment: “[Error Code: 30]An error has occurred, please contact the system administrator.”

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

There are two records in the Employee Profile: the active termination record and the inactive record.

• Please change the effective date of the active termination record, and make sure that the employee is totally inactive in the system (status f in Table_USERSYSINFO).
• Afterward, go to the Business Process tile and restart the task. The onboarding process will be initiated successfully.
• Note: This does not apply to rehire with new employment for a contingent worker. Contingent workers can be rehired while being active (status t in the Table_USERSYSINFO).
