3513732 - Web Dynpro Data Grid Export: The 'Export As' button does not work on export to Excel function in FLP App

Symptom

While the FLP App is using the standard FPM method for exporting to Excel in Analytical GUIBB: CL_FPM_BICS_GRID_UIBB_ASSIST method EXPORT_TO_EXCEL, the function of export to Excel => 'Export' works but 'Export As' fails:

The 'Export' returns export.xlsx file which is as expected. However, the 'Export As' returns .htm file.
