3513861 - QM01 | QM02 | GOS - The attachment has not been created - SGOS_MSG042

Symptom

In transaction QM01 / QM02 while inserting a file via GOS (Services for Object) menu 'Create... > Create Attachment' an error is raised and the file attachment fails:

'The attachment has not been created - SGOS_MSG042'.
