3513925 - Failure in Generating User Change Report in SAP SuccessFactors Platform

• The User Change Report in SAP SuccessFactors Platform fails to execute for a specified period.
• The failure triggers an email notification to the user. The associated error message is "java.sql.SQLException: Internal error processing the query. Please try again later."

SAP SuccessFactors HCM 2405

1. Access the SAP SuccessFactors Platform.
2. Navigate to Change Audit Report.
3. Proceed to Create Business Data Report.
4. Select User Change.
5. Execute the report for a specific period, for instance, from January 1st 12:00 AM till January 15th 11:59 PM.
6. Click on submit.

This typically would tell that an expensive request was run in the backend causing the failure. 

The ENG team has made adjustments to the system in the backend to prevent future occurrences. If this issue happens again, we recommend trying to run the report after some time as this should resolve the problem. If the issue persists, please submit a support case under component LOD-SF-PLT-CHA and the ENG team will be engaged afterwards
