3514042 - Program's agenda locked

When trying to edit a program's agenda, the following message is displayed:

"Agenda is locked because the background job (used for propagating changes) has failed or been cancelled. Please reschedule the background job."

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Access Learning Administration>
2. Go to Learning Activities> Programs and search for a program>
3. On the program screen, click on the agenda edit icon>
4. Edit any information on the program agenda and click on Save and confirm to propagate the changes>
5. When the Schedule Background Job screen opens, close it>
6. The message is displayed and all the actions to edit the program are locked.

Our Engineering team confirmed that this is the expected behavior for the program agenda.

When the program's background job fails or is cancelled the agenda gets locked. It is not possible to delete the background job as it is not scheduled and will not show under Background Jobs menu.

To unlock the program agenda, the current changes need to be rescheduled.
