3514163 - SAC Stories not listed in Manage KPIs and Reports because of RFC error NIECONN_REFUSED(-10)

Symptom

• Proxy is used in the system landscape. After completing SAC to S/4HANA Fiori integration configuration, SAC stories are not listed in Fiori app Manage KPIs and Reports
• An RFC connection test error occurs in /n/SSB/UTIL_SAC_S4HANA transaction, error message: "Direct connect to <hostname>:<port> failed: NIECONN_REFUSED(-10)".
