3514419 - setuphadr failing on DR node - SRS

Symptom

setuphadr failing on DR node with error:

2024-08-29 02:19:17 Debug: TaskASEConfiguration.isServerCfgSet(): result = 0
2024-08-29 02:19:17 Debug: TaskASEConfiguration.checkServerAndDB(): Server configuration "bind backupserver address" does not have configured value.
2024-08-29 02:19:17 Error: You have "is_secondary_site_setup=true" in responses file.
However, the server configuration parameters on "PRIM" site SAP ASE are not setup.
You need to run Setup HADR on "PRIM" site to setup the SAP ASE.
