Delegate is receiving emails from a user who’s not a manager anymore.

In the past, the user was a manager and had delegates. Even though the user isn't a manager anymore, the delegate relationship still exists in the database. It’s just not visible in the UI (Options and Settings > "Delegates" block).

Our Learning Engineering team has finalized their work on the situation. When the user isn't a manager anymore, the plan is to enable the "Delegates" block to undo any existing delegate relationship. No new delegate could be added or edited by such user, only removed.

The fix is targeted to be delivered with the 2411 Learning system version. Please, set this KBA as a favorite (star icon on the top right corner) to receive updates on it as well. Workaround:

1. Make the user the temporary manager of any user in the environment >
2. Then, ask the user to go to Learning or proxy the user via the Learning admin side >
3. “Links” tile or “Activities” menu if the new Learning experience is enabled > Options and Settings >
4. “Delegates” block should be available > You can select the user(s) from the list and click “Remove” > Then, “OK”.
