• Future Manager was created as Job Relationship
• When creating a new role and granting access to Job Relationships from role assignments, the Future Manager is not visible from the dropdown

1. Go to Manage Permission Role
2. Create or Edit a role
3. Select Role Assignments
4. Grant Access to
5. Future Manager is missing from the dropdown

Job Relationships was created from a different Picklist Name

• Create or ensure that the Picklist for Job Relationships is under the name jobRelType
• Standard picklist name applies.
