Build a new solution from the default solution and while activating that solution got the error <InstallationFileName>.TXT is not uploaded.
User has followed the SAP Note 2927386 - S/4HANA Best Practices activation error: File <InstallationFileName>.TXT is not uploaded, but the scenario is not applicable for Group Reporting function.
