3514671 - Error 'Making the usage decision for inspection lot xxx requires digital signature' in FIORI APP Manage Usage Decision(F2345)

To make a usage decision in APP F2345, the digital signature is required. However, when trying to record the usage decision, the digital signature window does not appear. Instead, an error message saying "Making the usage decision for inspection lot xxx requires digital signature" is displayed.
