3514672 - "Address Proposal" Button Greyed out for the Subscription Item of Solution Order in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The Multiple Addresses function is enabled for both customer master data and sales documents. 

However, when working with a subscription item in a Solution Order, the “Address Proposal” button is greyed out under the Parties Involved tab.

This issue occurs specifically for subscription items, while the “Address Proposal” button remains available and functional for sales items within the same solution order.

This behavior is by design.

The Multiple Addresses function is currently not supported in the Subscription Billing system. As a result, partner address changes via the “Address Proposal” function are not available for subscription items in solution orders.

It is not possible to change partner addresses for subscription items using the “Address Proposal” button. Therefore, the button is intentionally disabled (greyed out).

If this functionality is required, customers are encouraged to submit a feature request through the  Customer Influence Portal to request support for Multiple Addresses in Subscription Billing.
