3514741 - APIM to backend S/4HANA connection is not working

Symptom

When trying to discover the services in backend S/4HANA system - from APIM, it fails with error: "The issue is with the backend service. Contact the service owner."

In Gateway Error Log (/N/IWFND/ERROR_LOG) the following error can be found: 

"No service found for namespace /IWFND/, name CATALOGSERVICE, version 0001"
