3514747 - Issues in Group JE Workflow approval - Unable to Approve & Delete Draft

While trying to approve the Group Journal Entries, there are errors:   You can't edit this object at the moment. It is locked by another user XXXX

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2402

1) Upload Group Journal Entries using the upload template

2) Based on the approver set up in 'Manage Teams and Responsibilities' the approver receives the workflow.

3) The Approver approves the same, however ends up in error. 

4) The workflow gets completed, however the upload shows initial and not yet posted. 

This correction is planned to be delivered with Hotfix Collection 05. 

The implementation is planned to take place in the next maintenance window on 22th of September 2024.
