Symptom

When trying to open an existing dashboard in the Manage Analytic Dashboard application it doesn't load.
The user receives one of the following errors: 

  • "The standard analytics dashboards could not be loaded because of a technical error. Please refresh the page. If the issue persists, please create a support ticket under the component of APM-AH-AD."
  • "The analytics dashboard could not be loaded because of one or more technical errors. Please refresh the page. If the issue persists, please create a support ticket under the component APM-AH-AD"
