3514924 - Inconsistency in Training Planner's "My Requests" count

The "My Requests" section of the Training Planner shows "0" requests, but upon accessing it, there are actually pending requests.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Access Training Planner > "My Requests" shows "0" pending requests >
2. Click "My Requests" > Upon entering it, requests are visible.

Our Learning Engineering team has finalized their work on the situation and the fix is targeted to be delivered with the 2411 Learning system version. It is currently being verified the possibility of correcting it via a 2405 patch. Please, set this KBA as a favorite (star icon on the top right corner) to receive updates on it.
