3515007 - Route Form Error: route form failed: com.successfactors.workflow.util.workflow.FormRoutingException: invalidstepIndex - Performance Management

Errors received when you try to route the form to any step using the Route Form tool.

"route form failed: com.successfactors.workflow.util.workflow.FormRoutingException: invalidstepIndex"

"route form failed: Invalid routing action"

Also when you try to route the form within the Performance inbox, error 900-001-6 is received.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Go to Admin Center > Route Form.
2. Enter the form id.
3. Try to route the form to any step.

There is data issue on the form. The route form errors are caused by the route map xml file contains 'new' step before 'current' step.

The routing map xml would need to be corrected in the backend. Please open a case with SAP Support and provide the affected document id.
