Symptom
- When creating a new user in SAP Datasphere as per Create a User | SAP Help Portal, there is a requirement to use a mixture of upper case and lower case email ID's in SAP Datasphere to match with an existing custom Identity Provider (IdP).
- In SAP Datasphere, there is no option to create users with upper case characters.
- SAP Datasphere only supports lower case.

Resolution
- This situation can be handled by using "Custom SAML User Mapping" and enter email address exactly how it exists within your corporate IdP.
- Refer to the help page Enabling a Custom SAML Identity Provider.
- Please bring this to the Admin of your Corporate IdP, this situation is their responsibility to handle the configurations.
