3515043 - Error while uploading CSV files to Process Intelligence

Symptom

When uploading a CSV file to Process Intelligence via the manual upload, we get the following error:

"Error while converting csv to parquet file.: Index for header 'Created' is 17 but CSVRecord only has 17 values!"

Resolution

To fix this error when uploading a file via the manual upload,

  1. Delete and remove the file with the error
  2. Re-upload the same file
  3. Configure the table
  4. For the Quotation, use the double " quotes instead of the single quotes
  5. Pick your Field separator and click next
  6. Apply your data format and next
  7. Pick your key columns and click on Create table

Your file should now load without any errors.
