3515053 - ONB 1.0 Dashboard Crossboarding Count is Increasing - Onboarding

• ONB 1.0 Dashboard Crossboarding Count is Increasing and co-existing with ONB 2.0.
• Crossboardees are getting triggered and it is supposed to go to ONB 2.0 only and now it is making a duplicate in ONB 1.0.
• Since ONB 2.0 go live, there is a condition to route all the Onboarding initiated from RCM to route to the new ONB and not ONB 1.0. However it started seeing the increase in the number in ONB 1.0 crossboarding Dashboard. 
• Disabling Process Filter and Crossboarding Process in SuperAdmin did not work.

Missing Crossboarding rule for ONB 1.0.

As per the system's default behavior whenever the Crossboarding 1.0 (Initiate Internal Hire Configuration) rule is not present, the system assumes it as true scenario and so the Crossboarding in 1.0 was being initiated in this case.

As a solution, a rule must be created for Crossboarding 1.0 and have an expression that can never be evaluated to true. For example, in Configure Business rule, select Onboarding 1.0 > Initiate Internal Hire Configuration rule scenario, create a rule that would essentially say, "Only trigger ONB1.0 Crossboarding If Country = (Insert Country They Do Not Hire In Here)".
